Hours 8.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday

Base Location:  Electra Road, Maydown OR Craigmore Road, Garvagh(however, on occasion you may be required to travel to other depots throughout the group)

Due to our continual growth, we are looking to appoint a Full Time Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator to join our Maintenance & Facilities Team.

Co-ordination and support of maintenance (planned and reactive) services and other facilities services. This will be achieved through the practical means and implementation of the company’s management systems and the utilisation of the candidate’s knowledge and experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a single point of contact for all day-to-day Facilities/Maintenance requests – Work Order Logging, updating, Tracking and closing out using the CMMS (Limble).
  • Support the Maintenance Supervisors on our sites with implementing Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules for all the companies Assets/Facilities and ensure all Reactive & Corrective Work Orders are managed recorded on the CMMS from fault logging right through to works completion.
  • Update and continually develop the effectiveness of the CMMS (Limble), improving maintenance records in support of Best Practice and compliance with all legal, health & safety and environmental standards.
  • Liaise with the relevant contractors and in-house employees to ensure close out and completion of works on all sites.
  • Coordination / scheduling of contractors on site ensuring effective administration of ‘permit to work’ system, in conjunction with the FM/Maintenance team.
  • Take responsibility for setting up and managing all maintenance contracts and agreements.
  • Assist with contract/vendor compliance management in line with Company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the quotations, purchase requisition and receipting process in conjunction with the Maintenance Team, including tracking of spend
  • Develop  and implement PPM schedules and recommended spare parts list for all plant and equipment, in conjunction with the Maintenance Supervisors.
  • Keep accurate metrics on the performance of maintenance tasks and provide timely reports to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager
  • Assisting with all maintenance and facilities management activities and participating in other projects assigned to you.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2yrs experience in maintenance or facilities services / administration within a similar environment
  • Previous experience in managing and ordering supplies and services in line with Company budgets.
  • Ability to read and interpret manuals and parts lists for machines to enable ordering of parts
  • Proficiency in use of computer software specifically Microsoft Office Suite and a CMMS Software such as Limble/Emaint/Maximo, etc.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across various levels
  • Fluent in English- both written and spoken
  • Valid UK Driver’s license and access to own transport/business insurance, as you may be required to travel to other depots throughout the group as and when required

Desirable

  • Ideally hold an HNC/D in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • Experience of an engineering services operations / help desk environment.
  • Familiarity with contract compliance.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD
