RiverRidge is proud to be a category sponsor of this year’s Northern Ireland Road Safety Awards which launched on Friday 23rd September.
With almost 100 vehicles on the road, RiverRidge understands the vital importance of road safety awareness and is delighted to be a part of what is now the eighth year of these awards, which recognise individuals and organisations who have improved road safety in their local communities.
The organiser of the event is the Road Safe NI Charity, along with accident management firm, CRASH services. Davy Jackson, chairperson of Road Safe NI Charity commented, “We were delighted with the outstanding success and feedback received from the awards from previous years. We now look forward to emulating that with our 2022 nominees. It is vitally important that we properly recognise the hard work and commitment that goes into helping keep our roads safe.”
The awards ceremony will take place at Cultra Manor, Belfast on Friday 18th November as part of Road Safety Week. There will be lots of awards to be won on the night with a total of 12 categories on offer. The full list of categories includes Education; Primary Schools, Education; Secondary Schools, lollipop person, driving instructor, emergency services person, voluntary sector, open category, LGV/HGV sector, public sector, business sector, young driver, and lifetime achievement.
