Brett Ross
Brett Ross is the CEO of RiverRidge Holdings and a director of Full Circle Generation Limited. Originally from Zimbabwe, he graduated from Rhodes University, South Africa, and began his career at Coopers & Lybrand in Harare. He later played a key role in Crest Breeders International, developing its grain and feedstock division and co-founding the Zimbabwe Agricultural Commodity Exchange.
After relocating to Ireland in 2003, Brett worked in derivatives trading before acquiring Coleraine Skip Hire in 2011, later rebranded as RiverRidge Holdings. Under his leadership, the company has expanded significantly, including driving a £107m waste-to-energy project.

Cecil joined RiverRidge as Corporate Operations Officer in August 2017. With 23 years at Bombardier, he progressed to Operations and Plant Engineering Director, leading major renewable energy projects, including the largest solar farm, biogas project, and energy-from-waste facility—delivered in partnership with RiverRidge.
