Our journey to sustainable waste management

At RiverRidge, we’ve grown from a small landfill operation into Northern Ireland’s leading waste recovery provider. Since 2011, our investments have driven innovative, customer-focused solutions, helping us deliver on our commitment to sustainability.

Originally a small skip hire and landfill business, we’ve grown into Northern Ireland’s leading fully integrated waste recovery operation through substantial investment and innovation. Recognising the critical importance of reducing landfill waste, we now provide customer-focused landfill diversion solutions that effectively redirect significant volumes of waste from landfill. This is made possible by our advanced mechanical treatment infrastructure, located across multiple sites, and our cutting edge waste-to-energy facility in Belfast.

At RiverRidge, sustainability isn’t just a goal; it’s at the core of everything we do. With a dedicated team of 280 employees, we are committed to delivering efficient, reliable, and environmentally conscious waste management services. By combining cutting-edge technology, industry expertise, and exceptional customer service, we help businesses and communities across Northern Ireland achieve their environmental and operational objectives, ensuring a cleaner, greener future for all.
