Cara joined RiverRidge in December 2020. She is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 18 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector. Having graduated from Business School in 1996 with an MBA, Cara moved to Dublin to complete her training. Since then, she has undertaken various senior finance roles from reporting to strategic planning and business partnering.
Twenty years working with large global companies has offered Cara the opportunity to be involved in projects ranging from Sarbanes Oxley compliance, three ERP implementations, process improvement projects, Invest NI five-year business plan development, M&A and manufacturing site relocations. Cara also completed a two-year secondment in Supply and Operations Planning focusing on the development of demand planning and mid-long term capacity planning functions.
During her 18-year career at Schrader Electronics/Sensata Inc., Cara was involved in supporting the business and finance function in their growth from £20M revenue p.a.,180 employees, one site to £500M Revenue p.a., 1400 employees and four global sites.
