Permanent / Full time Position [37.5/hrs per week]
Hours 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday

Purpose of the Job
The Contracts Support Executive will work closely with and provide administrative support to the Senior Contracts Manager, taking ownership for key administrative tasks in order to maintain and build on the excellent relationships that the Company has developed with its key customers.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Acting as a lead point of contact for our leading clients, building and maintaining good relationships, whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times
- Taking ownership key contracts and handling client enquiries /complaints/ and requests through to resolution in the first instance, and where necessary, escalating to the appropriate Contract Manager
- Data Entry – Updating Contracts and Agreements with all relevant information, including pricing.
- Ensure all files / contracts / records are maintained in a timely and accurate manner and stored in line with our GDPR obligations
- Assisting the Senior Contracts Manager in the preparation of contracts/reporting, service level agreements and attending client meetings.
- Producing documents, reports & presentations for key clients
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Senior Contracts Manager.
- Communicate contractual changes to customers, as required
- Managing the day-to-day diary of the Contracts Management Team, organising customer/client visits and audits as required
- Carry out Customer site audits and any other reasonable tasks required by the Senior Contracts Manager
- Participate in training and personal development activities
- Be flexible in undertaking the duties and responsibilities attached to your role, carrying out any other reasonable tasks as required by Management
Essential criteria
To be considered for this role, you should display the following:
- At least 1 year’s previous Administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, to meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to prioritise effectively and is results driven
- Must be self-motivated; can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
- Must be able to provide documentation to confirm their eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable Criteria
- Previous administrative experience working in a Customer Service / Sales Administration environment (minimum of 1 year) would be advantageous
- Previous experience/knowledge of the waste industry
