We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our HR team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality support across a range of HR activities.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team across multiple sites.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Support recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding and induction administration.
  • Process absence, holiday, and other HR records.
  • Respond to employee queries professionally and confidentially.
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the department.

 

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • HR administration experience.
  • Knowledge of HR systems.

 

Desirable Criteria

 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • CIPD qualifications
