RiverRidge Holdings announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Amber Merchants Limited’s commercial waste trade and assets. Based in Belfast, Amber Merchants Limited operated the waste collection and treatment business under the trading name of Wastebeater Recycling.
Wasterbeater Recycling, one of Northern Ireland’s leading waste management companies, focused on the collection of commercial and industrial waste.
RiverRidge Holdings have made the acquisition as the business offers significant synergies to their existing Belfast operation.
All existing employees will transfer over to RiverRidge as part of the transaction.
